Account and access

Cyprus Sparks includes email verification and password-reset tools. If you cannot regain access using the app, contact Support and tell us the email address associated with the account. Never send us your password or verification code.

Profiles, photos and app features

Support can help with profile, photo, matching, messaging and Date Post issues. Profile photos may be held for moderation before becoming visible to other users.

Report or block someone

Use the in-app Report and Block controls whenever possible. Reports can be reviewed by the Cyprus Sparks moderation team and may lead to content removal, suspension or account bans.

Account deletion

Cyprus Sparks provides an account-deletion control inside the app. Deletion is intended to remove the account and associated personal data that we are not required to retain for legal, security or safety reasons.

Emergency situations

Cyprus Sparks is not an emergency service. If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority.
